Gathering of the Heart:
A Sacred Cacao Ceremony for Sisterhood

In this 3 hour ceremony, we gather in circle to meet the sacred medicine of cacao together - allowing the spirit of this ancient plant to gently guide us back to ourselves, and into deeper connection with those around us. This ceremony invites you to remember what it feels like to be held by a supportive sisterhood, to honour your own path, and to share space with others walking theirs.
Each ceremony centres around a meaningful theme such as: womb healing, sacred cycles and wisdom, healing the mother wound, or reclaiming the voice. These themes create a supportive container for reflection, nourishment, and deeper listening, all held within the warmth of sisterhood and genuine connection.
Whether aligned with the lunar cycle, seasonal shifts, or the shared energy of the group, each gathering unfolds naturally and with intention. We sit with ceremonial-grade cacao, carefully prepared with love, pure water, and warming spices honouring the land, which it comes.
As we share the cacao, we invite a sense of calm, presence, and a deeper connection to the wisdom within ourselves and each other.
Together, we create a grounded and welcoming space where openness and presence allow the medicine to support healing, connection, and growth.

During the ceremony, you can expect:
A guided meditation accompanied by drumming to support our shared inner journey.
Live music and optional gentle movement to help the energy flow.
Moments for reflection through group sharing, journaling, or quiet contemplation.
This ceremony is an opportunity to connect deeply - with yourself, with others, and with the medicine. Whether it’s your first time sitting with cacao or a return to something familiar, you are welcome just as you are.
