Hapé (pronounced ha-peh) is a sacred Amazonian snuff made from finely ground medicinal plants, mapacho (jungle tobacco), and ashes. It is gently administered through the nostrils using a pipe (tepi or kuripe), allowing the medicine to enter deeply and cleanse both the energetic and physical bodies.
Hapé is known for its ability to clear stagnant energy, balance the nervous system, and cleanse the mind of mental clutter. It can support emotional release, deepen your connection to the breath, and bring a sense of grounded clarity.
This medicine is often used in support of prayer, meditation, intention setting, and inner work.
How the Ceremony Unfolds:
Setting of personal intentions and a grounding meditation
Cleansing and protection ritual using sacred smoke (mapacho, sage, palo santo, or copal)
Ceremonial sharing of Hapé, held with reverence and care
Space to journey inward with the medicine, supported by drum or rattle
Live music on guitar to support emotional flow and inner connection
Moments of stillness, journaling, or quiet contemplation
A closing ritual to ground and gently complete the experience

In this 90 minute private ceremony, you are invited to meet the sacred Amazonian medicine of Hapé (Rapé) a powerful plant ally known for its grounding and deeply cleansing effects. Used for generations by Indigenous tribes of the Amazon, hapé is traditionally applied in ritual and prayer to clear the mind, purify the energy field, and restore balance to the body and spirit.
You are welcomed into a safe and intentional space to slow down and experience this medicine with presence and care. This 1:1 ceremony is offered with integrity and respect for the cultural roots of hapé, and is held in a grounded, heart-centered way to support your unique path of healing and reconnection.

This is a ceremony of cleansing, grounding, and remembrance, a sacred pause to release what no longer serves and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
